CAPACares’ Healthy Families Jackson CountyTM Program provides home-visiting services for parents of young children to support them in developing strong families and healthy parenting skills.
Parenthood isn’t always easy, and CAPACares understands that sometimes parents need a helping hand. CAPACares’ Healthy Families Jackson CountyTM program is a home visiting program offered to new parents with one main goal: To provide an encouraging support system that helps parents become more informed and able to develop healthy parenting skills.
Our Family Support Specialists are here to help parents with:
- Emotional support and coping skills
- Prenatal and child development
- Bonding and attachment
- Parent support
- Healthy lifestyles
- Safety skills
- Social and peer support
- Case management
